Cosy corner offers spacious ground floor, gas centrally heated accommodation for 3 to 5 people on the outskirts of Bridlington, just 400 yards from the shore with over 5 miles of sandy beaches. There is a living/dining room with a large Freeview TV, Wifi, comfortable chairs and a fold out, easy to use Parker Knoll bed settee which can sleep 2 adults in comfort; to the rear of the room is a dining table and four chairs. There is a spacious kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine; one double bedroom and one single bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet.
At the rear of the property is a large conservatory with comfortable chairs and settee overlooking the peaceful, enclosed, lawned garden. There is ample parking for two cars. Two well behaved dogs are allowed but cannot be left in the property on their own. There is a charge of £25.00 per dog per visit. There is a pub and restaurant nearby and plenty of shops in Bridlington, just over a mile away.
